👩‍🏫Hi, I'm Victory

I'm a mother of seven, a qualified educator, and a passionate advocate for children who learn differently. With over 17 years of classroom experience — primarily teaching 5 to 7-year-olds — and 4 years training and mentoring fellow educators, my journey in education is both deeply personal and professional.

My own childhood struggles with reading, writing, and speaking — later identified as dyslexia — gave me a firsthand understanding of what it feels like to find learning hard. That experience is at the heart of everything I do at CogniTwigs.

Over the past 15 years I've immersed myself in research-based methodologies to answer the questions that matter most: How do children learn? Why do some face more challenges than others? How can we make learning accessible to every child?

That journey led me to specialise in three powerful approaches:

  • Spalding Language Arts English Program
  • Gattegno Mathematics Program
  • Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment – Cognitive Development

I firmly believe that anyone can learn and that children do well if they can. My mission is to find and remove the barriers — whether cognitive, emotional, or environmental — that are standing between a child and their potential.

My Strengths Include:

  • Engaging children in their own unique learning journey
  • Using cognitive development tools to overcome learning obstacles
  • Turning abstract concepts into fun, visual, and hands-on experiences
  • Equipping parents and teachers with strategies that actually work

I would be honoured to support you and your child on this journey.
